Shipping Policy | Furniture Drop
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, where applicable.
Purchaser must provide valid and active contact information (e-mail and cell phone number).
Shipping estimates are time-sensitive and orders requiring shipping may not complete processing until purchaser accepts, confirms, and completes payment of shipping estimate.
- We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- Handling time: 0-1 day (Monday – Friday)
- Transit time: 5-8 days (Monday – Friday)
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We have the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure that the items are delivered within that timeframe.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at email@example.com.
